I was born in the United States, but my family moved to Siena when I was seven years old. Growing up here shaped so much of who I am, the quiet pace of life, the beauty of the countryside, and the way romance feels woven into everyday moments. Because of this, I see Tuscany not just as a beautiful place, but as home.
My parents fell in love with Siena long before I was born. After years of spending summers in Tuscany, they eventually decided to move to a small medieval village just outside the city, and that is where I grew up. The slow pace of life, beautiful stone villages, rolling hills, and sunsets over the Tuscan countryside became the backdrop of my everyday life. Growing up here shaped the way I see beauty and connection in a way I never fully realized until later.
Before I ever picked up a camera, creativity was already a huge part of who I was. I was always painting, sculpting, sketching, or finding some way to create. That passion eventually brought me to Milan, where I studied photography at the European Institute of Design.
There, I learned the technical side of photography, lighting, composition, precision, but something still felt missing. While I appreciated the fashion and studio world I was studying, I realized what mattered most to me was emotion, connection, and capturing something real.
After graduating, while trying to figure out my next step, I worked for my parents’ travel company, helping visitors plan their time in Tuscany. One day, almost by accident, I decided to take some photos of a few clients during their trip. What started as something fun quickly became something much bigger.
I fell in love with the idea of giving people something they could hold onto, a real memory of their time here, their relationship, and this season of life. There is something so meaningful about being able to look back years later and remember not just how Tuscany looked, but how it felt.
That was the moment I realized this was what I was meant to do. Today, after years of slowly finding my artistic style, I work as a couple photographer between Siena and Florence, photographing love stories in the landscapes that still amaze me every single day.
My approach is artistic, relaxed, and gently guided. No stiff poses, no pressure, and no expectation of knowing what to do in front of the camera. I will guide you throughout the session in a way that feels natural, helping bring out the moments that truly reflect who you are together.
